Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms apply to your use of palmharborelectric.us and to electrical services provided by Palm Harbor Electric Inc. ("we," "us"), 201 Avery Avenue, Crystal Beach, FL 34681. Your signed estimate or work order sets out the specific scope and amount for your job and controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Estimates and service calls

Payment

Larger projects may require a deposit to order materials and schedule work. The balance is due on completion unless your work order states otherwise. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.

Permits and inspections

We obtain permits where required and schedule inspections. Permit fees are itemized on your estimate. Inspection timing is set by the building department. If an inspector requires corrections to our work, we make them at no extra charge.

Existing conditions

We aren't responsible for pre-existing code violations, concealed damage, or defects in equipment we didn't install. If we discover conditions that must be corrected to complete the work safely or pass inspection, we'll explain them and quote the additional work before proceeding.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact support@palmharborelectric.us or (727) 786-4152. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and provide a written resolution within 10 business days, including any return visit. If we can't resolve it, either party may request non-binding mediation in Pinellas County with a mutually agreed mediator, with the mediator's fee shared equally, before filing a claim. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a consumer protection agency or filing in small claims court.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount paid for that job, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Florida law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute is Pinellas County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes don't affect work orders already signed.
