Refund Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

We stand behind our work. This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled. Your signed work order may contain additional terms for your specific job.

Estimates

Project estimates are free.

Deposits and cancellations

Service calls

The service-call charge covers travel and diagnosis and isn't refundable once the visit is performed. If we misdiagnosed the problem, we'll return to correct it at no additional service-call charge.

Workmanship issues

If our installation work is defective, we'll repair it at no charge under our workmanship warranty. If we can't correct it after a reasonable attempt, we'll refund the labor paid for the affected work.

Equipment and materials

Defective equipment is handled under the manufacturer's warranty; we'll help with the claim. Unused, returnable materials from a cancelled job are credited at the amount we're refunded by the supplier.

Billing errors

Tell us within 60 days if you believe you were charged incorrectly. Confirmed overcharges are refunded within 10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email support@palmharborelectric.us or call (727) 786-4152 with your name, job address, and reason. We acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or by check within 10 business days of approval.

Disputes

If you disagree with our decision, see the dispute resolution section of our Terms of Service.
